The Problem:

How to encourage people to keep wearing their Birkenstock throughout the year, making them go beyond a summer sandal.

The Solution:

A social campaign that helps encourage people to wear Birkenstock even on the colder days, giving examples and suggestions of how to wear them best. We could have community run knit clubs sponsored by Birkenstock using recycled wool. To help create a stronger association with socks and Birkenstocks.
