This brochure seeks inspiration from the classic game of Monopoly and Mayfair’s positioning as the most expensive and desirable space to own within the game. The branding represents the number 8 rolled on the dice and we proposed to use the player’s pieces (hat, car, dog etc) as illustrations throughout the brochure to indicate sections ie. hat for shopping, dog for parks etc. Throughout the brochure we used very subtle references to the design elements on the monopoly board.
