A development in London’s greenest borough led to an arboreal colour palette of rust, green and grey, in a clean, modern design. The development offers opportunities for a variety of buyers, and to ensure a tailored approach for each one, the brochure is separated into three differently sized books, each focusing on a different element. The flexibility was a direct response to the needs of the sales agents, giving them the tools they needed in a format that immediately evoked the sense of both natural surroundings and sleek city living that Ealing offers.
