Crafted in History.

20 Great Queen Street in London’s Covent Garden, is a building with a story. Beautiful original features combine with contemporary elegance to create a modern home with over 100 years of history. We were approached to craft a stylish, high-quality book to depict the historic and architectural development of 20 Great Queen Street in order to add value to the client’s sales and marketing portfolio.

The book is more than a brochure, it is a journey through the development of this classic building and a celebration of the coming together of historic architecture and modern design, with bespoke illustrations individualising each unique apartment. With this in mind, we worked with the team to create not only a printed sales tool, but also a complete masonic-influenced brand identity, including apartment names that drew on Covent Garden’s market past, a website and internal and external signage.
